Apple syrup has a concentrated taste. It can be made from any kind of apples, but it is better to take winter varieties – they are more juicy.
The amount of sugar can be adjusted to your liking, but the more sweet, the longer your syrup will keep.
They also prepare apples: mash, tinctures and liqueurs, liquor, wine, cider, moonshine
Apple Syrup and Jam Recipe (2 in 1)
Ingredients
Carnation – 6 pcs.
Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1 pcs.
Ground nutmeg – 0.3 tsp.
Sugar – 1 kg
Apple – 1 kg
Method of preparation
Wash apples, dry, peel and core. Then cut into cubes.
Pour prepared apples into a suitable dish. Pour in 700 g of sugar. Leave for two days so that the apples give juice.
Apples will give a lot of juice. Add the remaining 300 g of sugar. Mix gently.
Add spices. Put on a quiet fire. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Keep on fire for a couple more minutes.
Remove from fire. Cool down. Discard the apple pieces on a sieve, separating them from the syrup.
Add the juice of one lemon to the apple syrup. Add sugar if desired. Put on fire. Boil.
Strain the syrup through several layers of gauze. Repeat filtering 2 times.
Pour the finished syrup into sterilized jars. Close with sterile lids. Put in refrigerator. The syrup is ready!
Remove the cloves from the mixture of boiled apples. Puree with an immersion blender.
Arrange the finished apple jam in sterilized jars. Close with lids. Place the jam in the refrigerator until needed.
Recipe for apple syrup with citric acid without cooking
Ingredients
Apple juice – 1 l
Sugar – 1,5 kg
Citric acid – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
Pure apples are passed through a juicer.
The liquid is poured into a bowl and allowed to stand for a day. It is better to determine the juice at this time in the refrigerator.
The next day, the juice is carefully drained, leaving the settled fruit pulp at the bottom of the container.
Sugar and citric acid are added to the clear liquid. The bowl is put on fire and warmed up, not bringing to a boil.
After dissolving the sugar crystals, the syrup is poured into sterile bottles and tightly closed.
Raw Apple Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
Medium-sized apples – 10-12 pcs.
Water – 300 ml
Sugars – 700 g
Method of preparation
Cut the apples in half and put them in a bowl. It is not necessary to clean and remove the seeds.
The cut is poured with water and boiled for half an hour until soft, under the lid.
After that, sugar is added to the pan and the mass is boiled for another 5 minutes.
To separate the apple pulp with skins and seeds from the syrup, the mass is passed through a fine sieve lined with cotton cloth or several layers of gauze.
Cake can be used for cooking jelly, and the syrup is poured into jars.

Ingredients
Apple peels – from 1 kilogram of apples
Water – 1,5 L
Sugar – 1 kg
Method of preparation
The peel is laid out on a baking sheet and dried at the minimum power of the oven for an hour, or in a dryer. In the end, you should get something like dried fruit.
The dried product is placed in a saucepan and poured with water.
The mass is boiled for an hour, and then passed through a fine sieve.
1 kilogram of sugar is added to the broth and boiled for another quarter of an hour.
After that, the syrup must be filtered and poured into sterile storage containers. Keep refrigerated.
Recipe for apple syrup with gelling sugar
Ingredients
Apples – 1 kg
Water – 2 L
Gelling sugar – 1 kg
Method of preparation
Peeled and chopped apples are placed in a saucepan and poured with water.
The main product must be boiled until soft, about 10 minutes.
Soft apples are crushed with a wooden pusher right in the water. Then the mass is passed through 4 layers of gauze.
Gelling sugar is added to the resulting liquid and boiled for another 5 minutes.
The syrup is ready! Store in the refrigerator in a sterile and tightly closed container
