Apple jam with orange is an option for those who want to stock up on an unusual dessert. Such a sweetness turns transparent, with a bright smell and taste. He will need apples, water and sugar – in equal parts, and two medium oranges.
- Fruits and citruses need to be cut into small cubes with zest, pits and pith. Pour all the water (1 kg of apples a liter of water), put on fire and bring to a boil.
