wheat flour, first grade 3.0 (grain glass)
cow’s milk, sterilized 3,5% 1.0 (grain glass)
chicken egg 3.0 (piece)
sugar 1.0 (table spoon)
table salt 2.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Peel fresh apples, grate and cover with milk. Beat the whites. Mix with the yolks, crushed with sugar and salt. Add flour and, combining with apples, knead the dough. Blind dumplings and boil them in salted water until tender.
