Method of preparation
” When using sweet apples, you can add 1 g of lemon acid. Apples with the seed nest removed are rubbed and squeezed out. The remaining pulp is poured with hot water, boiled for 10-15 minutes and filtered. Sugar is added to the broth, brought to a boil, squeezed juice is poured in and cooled.
