However, as we read in one of the scientific articles published by the Harvard Medical School, written under the direction of physician Robert B. Saper: apple cider vinegar certainly contains a variety of minerals and vitamins, but its role as a slimming remedy has not been confirmed.

Scientists and doctors additionally point out that the incorrect use of apple cider vinegar can be dangerous to health, e.g. in the case of suffering from certain ailments or exceeding a healthy dose.

This form of slimming, although not supported by classical medicine, is nevertheless a recommended form of therapy in alternative medicine.

It is possible that it has an effect on the binding of fats and the removal of deposits. In addition, it speeds up digestion and our metabolism. It cleanses the body of unnecessary metabolic products. All this allows you to lose weight faster in a healthy way.

How to use apple cider vinegar?

In a therapeutic and remedial form, as an aid in weight loss, apple cider vinegar can be drunk up to several times a day: in small amounts previously dissolved in water. In the kitchen, it can be used as an addition to salads and meat dishes, especially red meat (in a slimming diet, we should avoid red meat in favor of leaner meat).

It is also worth introducing to your diet large amounts of fiber contained, for example, in black bread. In combination with apple cider vinegar, the slimming effect should be noticeable quickly. It is mainly from these two ingredients that natural slimming tablets available in pharmacies are created.

Preparation of a slimming formula

Pour two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass. Top up the rest with non-carbonated mineral water. We drink the preparation prepared in this way three times a day before the main meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
