Apocrine tubular adenoma

Clinical: Usually a large lobular tumor.

Loc .: Hairy scalp.

Epid .: It occurs in the elderly.

Hist .: The microscopic image reveals numerous wire structures with pronounced secretion with cell destruction, reaching deep into the skin. The stroma is fibrous and does not contain inflammatory cells. Histological changes overlap with papillary eccrine tumors.

Treatment: Surgical removal.
