Premature ejaculation is a fairly generalized term. Problems with rapid ejaculation, the world of medicine specifies to: too premature ejaculation – it occurs before the start of caressing, or at the very beginning; premature – which takes place at the time of insertion of the penis into the vagina or just before intercourse; too early ejaculation – occurs within a few to a dozen or so frictional movements, with no chance for the partner to reach climax.
While the first two cases are most often due to inexperience, the latter causes a lot of fear due to its established nature. Biological factors, on the side of which there are inflammations and disorders of the nervous system, can be blamed, but also psychogenic ones – unpleasant experiences related to sexual initiation, or fear of impotence. The choice of treatment is an individual matter. In the article, we present the so-called APE exercises (English – Anti Premature Ejaculation).
APE methods
The method of guided imagery should be at a time when no one will disturb you. The effects should be visible, even after a few repetitions. The session should not exceed 20 minutes. Begin by taking a few slow, deep breaths. Go to the visualization. Make a situation that usually fails in your imagination go as expected. It should include not only a perfect finale, but also foreplay and all the details. The moment you picture entering your beloved, you should freeze, and only after some time start delicate movements that will slowly gain momentum. Say to yourself that you are fine, but you are still on your way to fulfillment. Imagining that you are getting really close, take a short break again.
One of the recommended steps is a gentle massage of the sternum point, which is located at the level of the nipples. The time spent on massaging this place should not exceed 5 minutes.
