Antique salon will open in Moscow

This time the traditional special project was named “Russian Modern. Cabinet fin-de-siècle “, it will feature furniture from Wilhelm Wagenfeld, knick-knacks from Emil Halle, erotic pictures of Konstantin Somov and majolica Vrubel.

Thematic expositions include “Tsarist and Grand-Ducal Items”, “European Painting of the XNUMXth-XNUMXth Centuries”, “Porcelain Easter Eggs of the Imperial Factory” and even “Pipe and Bottle” – an exposition dedicated to bad habits in old Russia.

At several stands, visitors will be able to get acquainted with the artistic relics of China, Japan, India and other countries.

A special place in the exposition of the salon will be occupied by the work of the impressionists and artists-emigrants of the first wave, the fashion for which among collectors is growing from year to year.

The work of the salon will last until 20 April.
