Mycoses are a group of diseases caused by microscopic organisms. The development of mycoses is significantly influenced by the weakening of immunity, and in the case of cutaneous mycoses, also external factors related to hygiene (excessive skin moisture, contact with bathroom accessories of people infected with fungi, staying in the swimming pool or in the sauna).

How to reduce the risk of developing mycosis?

The above factors can influence the development of mycoses and it is not always possible to reduce their negative impact. Desire avoid the dangers of fungal infections, however, the possibility of the development of conditions conducive to the excessive multiplication of fungi, especially in the case of mycoses of the skin, can be limited. First of all, it is necessary to take care of proper hygiene of the whole body, consumed food and kitchen equipment, as well as proper hygiene of the lifestyle.
