It is required to establish a healthy diet, review physical activity and do regular massage with special anti-cellulite agents, for example, self-prepared scrubs.

Anti-cellulite coffee scrub: video recipe

Scrub based on coffee and avocado

Coffee grounds are a recognized “fighter” with orange peel. Caffeine is able to restore microcirculation of not only blood, but also lymph. Avocado, on the other hand, makes your skin soft and hydrated.

You will need:

  • 1 cup ground coffee or dried coffee grounds
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and place the pulp in a bowl. Purée with a fork or hand blender. Add coffee, sugar and olive oil, stir well. Massage the scrub onto damp, clean skin, leave on for 15 minutes, and then rinse off with water.

Homemade scrubs, which include the pulp of vegetables or fruits, are best cooked in portions shortly before use.

Anti-cellulite cinnamon scrub

Cinnamon is a spice widely used in cosmetology. Applied externally, it is known to induce blood flow to the skin, which is very beneficial for cellulite.

Take:

  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup of coffee grounds or natural ground coffee
  • 1 a glass of granulated sugar
  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon

Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan in a water bath, stirring constantly. Set aside and let cool slightly. When the oil has cooled, add sugar, coffee and cinnamon to it, mix all the ingredients and place the scrub in an airtight container.

It can be stored for up to several months.

Use the scrub once or twice a week to massage clean, slightly damp skin.

Peeling with essential oils and oatmeal

Many people know that ground oatmeal is an excellent basis for a scrub, but not everyone knows that a portion of oatmeal prepared without salt and sugar can fight cellulite externally.

Take:

  • XNUMX/XNUMX cup water-cooked oatmeal
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of coffee grounds
  • 6 essential orange oil droplets
  • 4 drops of rosemary essential oil
  • 3 drops of cinnamon oil

Add coffee and essential oils to lukewarm oatmeal, mix well. Massage with this scrub in a circular massage for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

In the fight against cellulite, essential oils of cedar, juniper, geranium, lemon and tangerine, as well as bergamot, are also excellent.

Saline works well against cellulite. You can take baths with essential oils and sea salt, or you can make a fragrant scrub, enhancing its effect with aromatic cane sugar.

You will need:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey

The scrub is applied with massaging movements on damp, clean skin and left for 5 minutes. To improve circulation, you can rinse it off with cool water.
