- Also limit coffee. Although its grounds can be used as a great anti-cellulite scrub, drinking more than one cup a day acidifies the body, which causes your body to store toxins. Excessive consumption of tea, chocolate and cola has the same effect.
- Avoid spicy spices. They retain water in the body, which contributes to the formation of edema.
What you should eat:
- Fruit, especially goji berries. They detoxify the body and contain many valuable antioxidants.
- Products rich in omega-3 acids, because they improve the metabolism of tissues affected by cellulite, prevent the accumulation of fat reserves and accelerate its burning.
- Vitamin B found in yeast, cereal sprouts and eggs, as it increases fat burning.
- Vegetables from the cruciferous family that contain lecithin that regenerates damaged skin tissues. They also help cleanse the body of toxins. Bet on: Chinese cabbage, arugula, cabbage, broccoli, kohlrabi, radish and horseradish. The broccoli sprouts themselves are also valuable.
- Include fiber in your diet.
