To do this, you can mix fatty sour cream with sea salt, or simply use slightly cooled coffee grounds.

Then you can start wrapping. The practice of this procedure is best to help fight cellulite. For wrapping, you should prepare a mass of cosmetic clay and mineral water. As a result, you should get a mushy mixture that must be applied to the skin. Then you need to wrap yourself in cling film and cover yourself with a blanket. The wrap lasts about half an hour. If you feel a burning or tingling sensation while using this method, wash the mixture off your skin immediately and do not continue the procedure.

The final touch of rejuvenating treatments is face masks. Nourish your skin with moisturizing and soothing masks. For example, take half a teaspoon of light honey and mix with two teaspoons of kefir and cottage cheese. Apply the resulting mixture to your face and rinse with cool water after 15–20 minutes.

Such complexes of anti-aging procedures are recommended to be carried out at least twice a year.

Most often, rejuvenating face masks include fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, yeast, etc. You can make a variety of skin rejuvenation masks at home. Do not forget that you need to wash off the masks with massage movements – regular skin care practice will help to fulfill this condition automatically.

A honey mask is very popular. Take two teaspoons of honey, mix with one tablespoon of olive oil, then add the grated apple. Keep the mixture on your face for five minutes.

A yeast-based mask is prepared as follows: the yeast is diluted with water to the consistency of sour cream and mixed with olive oil. Apply the mask in a couple of layers, then hold for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

You can also mix the grated apple with sour cream (preferably rustic) and apply on your face for 10-15 minutes. A mask of yogurt and soda perfectly tones the skin: 100 teaspoon of soda, yeast and a little water are added to 1 grams of yogurt. This mask should be kept on the face for 5-10 minutes.

Tea made from rosehip leaves, raspberries and strawberries helps to rejuvenate the body.

This tea increases the production of estrogen, which helps to improve circulation and hydration of the skin.
