The recipe for the dough for the cake “Anthill”

Mash the egg with granulated sugar until white, add sour cream and soft margarine, stir thoroughly until smooth, add 2 cups of flour and, kneading the dough, gradually add the rest of the flour. The cake dough should be cool.

Divide it into 4 parts, roll each into a ball, put everything on a plate or in a bowl and, covering with a napkin, put it in the cold for 2 hours.

Then grate 2 pieces of dough on a coarse grater directly on a baking sheet greased with margarine and spread evenly over the entire surface.

Bake the dough at 200 ° until golden brown. To remove the baked dough from the baking sheet, cut the hot crust into large pieces and use a spatula to transfer them to a plate.

Clean the baking sheet well from the crumbs, brush again with margarine, grate the remaining 2 pieces of dough and place the baking sheet in the hot oven.

When this cake is baked, cut it into large pieces, remove it from the baking sheet. Cool and break the baked cakes, as small as possible, into a deep bowl.
