Start COVID-19 vaccine Frequently asked questions Where can I get vaccinated? Check if you can get vaccinated

Yesterday, without prior announcement, the Ministry of Health launched registration for COVID-19 vaccinations for people 40+. After the information chaos, the time has come for an official confirmation. Younger age groups can actually sign up for vaccinations. Unfortunately, the government website is not taking the overload again. It freezes and sometimes doesn’t work.

  1. Registration for vaccination against COVID-19 may take place, among others through the website patient.gov.pl
  2. On April 1, the site stopped working due to a “fault”. This has been fixed, but patient.gov.pl is not working as it should again
  3. However, you can also make an appointment for COVID-19 vaccinations by phone, text message or directly

Another «fault» or system overload? Internet registration difficult

Difficulties related to vaccinations against COVID-19 for the 40-59 age group are not over yet. After yesterday’s information chaos, the time has come for another “failure” of the patient.gov.pl portal. Currently, the website works very slowly or not at all, which makes it not a simple task to schedule a vaccine.

At the moment, a more effective form of registration for vaccination is a telephone hotline 989, an SMS with the text SzczepimySie sent to the number 664 908 556 or 880 333 333 or contacting the vaccination center.

Who can sign up for a COVID-19 vaccination?

From April 1, it is possible to register people 40+, but only if they previously expressed their willingness to be vaccinated by filling out a special form. As for those who yesterday managed to take advantage of the “system error” and make an appointment for vaccination in April, the Ministry of Health adopted two paths of action. People aged 50-59 will get vaccinated according to the date set on April 1. In the case of younger years, vaccinations will be carried out for those who have agreed to administer the preparation until April 5, inclusive. Vaccinations of the remaining applicants will be postponed to the period after May 10.

In April, preparations from Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneki and Johnson & Johnson will be administered in Poland.
