The actress of the series “Dyldy” and her husband Dmitry Klepatsky recently moved to the Moscow region. Not all the paintings have been hung yet, but the boxing hall has already been equipped.

“We have been looking for a suitable property for a long time. We went and looked. But remoteness from the city, infrastructure, land, price – something did not coincide all the time. Not finding a house, we bought a plot and began to build ourselves from laminated veneer lumber: we decided that we would have a dacha. But when we finished, we realized that something was wrong, not our story.
On the last New Year’s holidays, I was looking at the ads, and by chance I came across an interesting proposal in the near Moscow region. Moreover, in the area that I have always liked because there is no feeling that you have left Moscow far away. Nearby there are shops, restaurants, anything you like and there is no problem to get there. Of course, there are traffic jams. But where are they not? Since Dima and I are both always at the wheel, the road does not bother us.
We came to see the house. There was nothing inside, only the walls were erected. We left. We thought and decided that it was worth looking at it again. And somehow this picture sank into us so much that we understood that our place was. The village is nice, green, with a view of the temple. Well, we decided to buy.
We made repairs for half a year. They came up with everything themselves, the designer helped in part. When our friends found out that we had moved, they were very surprised how it was possible so quickly. I used to listen to people’s stories about repairs and thought that he really was a disaster and horror. Yes, they promise you to do something in a month and a half, but in the end it goes beyond three, but this is not critical. Why waste your nerves worrying about such moments?
Some things had to be redone. For example, initially in the kitchen, the entire set was supposed to go with the letter G along the wall opposite the window, but I turned it around. The workers, of course, have suffered with the withdrawal of all communication systems, but we now have a sink at the window.
It was our joint decision to decorate everything in light cold colors, but it did not come immediately. When my husband and I were arguing about the color of the walls, I calmly said: “Let’s try. We will see. This does not oblige you to anything ”.
Dima wanted to make them dark gray, like in a Moscow apartment, but I was for a lighter shade. We bought small cans of paint, they applied them to a separate area, we looked together, and so we came to the conclusion that light is still better.
I came up with the brickwork in the living room and hallway. If everything is plastered in one color, it will turn out corny, and white brick gives a feeling of space, some kind of incompleteness. In addition, I like the modern classics when such loft elements are included in the interior. For the same reasons, we have not forged, but glass railings on the stairs.
On the main floor we have a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. He was already in the house. But we chose the marble portal for it ourselves. I wanted a simple one, without unnecessary monograms. Now, when it got colder, they began to use the fireplace more often. There is something primal about this. Pulls towards the fire, a cozy feeling emanates from it, like from a hearth.
Our bedroom is located in the span between the first and second floors, and above Dimin’s office, bathroom and our future observatory. This is an attic room, for which a spiral staircase still comes to us. I don’t know exactly what we’ll do in it, maybe a space for meditation. It is very well located on the side where the sun rises. Sunrise can be observed through the roof window.
For the same reasons, we arranged the bedroom on this side. Outside the city, I realized that I love to get up at dawn. In a Moscow apartment, we were deprived of this. And then there is such a delight every morning.
The house also has a basement, where we have a sauna and a small gym. Dima’s punching bag is hanging there. I also box sometimes. He addicted me. When we went to Thailand, I went to Thai boxing. This is a very interesting sport, in a way it is like meditation. You concentrate on one pear, and when you hit, you release the accumulated stress. And plus you get good physical activity. True, there really is no time for her now because of the filming.
In fact, we have not finished everything yet. Dimin’s office, wardrobe, and so on are not completely ready. Not even all the things were unpacked, not all the paintings were hung. Probably, we will put the floor vases later. Until my hands reached this point, because I am shooting, I go on tour, but I don’t want to buy something over the Internet. I need to look at a thing, touch it.
Most of the work is to be done on the site. We will definitely lay paths, put up a beautiful barbecue maker, and make a hedge. I like things like alpine slides, but no fountains. We will probably have something like that, but here I will hire a designer, because she herself is not strong in the landscape. A cedar, two pines, a spruce, wild strawberries and blackberries are already growing near the house. They need to be preserved and landscaped so that everything is in harmony.
I’m not sure if I will grow flowers. Not enough time to take care of the plants. They require a lot of attention, you have to tinker with them. In the house itself we have a palm tree brought from the apartment. There is a jasmine bush that my mother gave to the sink in the pot. He loves moisture, has grown, bloomed again and smells great. I noticed that he liked the house.
Our Spitz Dzhemik also settled down in the new environment. Even when the renovation was going on, we brought it here. He, of course, is happy that you can go outside and run around the site. And I looked closely at the house for a while, but nothing. The most important thing for him is that we are close. They say that the dog gets used to the owners, and the cat or cat gets used to the place. “
