Last night a new edition of the Gastronomic Guide published by Condé Nast Traveler magazine was presented at the Teatro Real in Madrid.

La Taveler Gastronomic Guide, collects a selection of the best restaurants in all of Spain and recommendations of the most prominent chefs on the national scene.

In the words of the Director of Condé Nast Traveler Spain, Sandra del Río, we find the true vocation of the publication, highlighting the great importance that gastronomic tourism brings to a traveler.

Besides traveling for the pleasure of traveling, one travels for the pleasure of eating, for the pleasure of drinking ”.

As detailed in previous editions of the gastronomic guide, offering the illustrated map of good eating, we once again find inside the most picturesque and special places to enjoy eating.

This third edition of the Gastronomic Guide embarks us on an exciting journey through the Spanish geography, with details of the obligatory stops for our leisure to develop through restaurants, large or small, in gourmet shops, or in all those that is in some way linked to the world of gastronomy, which makes the break become a true experience.

A different way of understanding gastronomy

La Condé Nast Traveler Gastronomy Guide 2017 Not only does it collect the selection of the best restaurants in all of Spain, but its scope of content and scope reaches points of refined interest as well as peculiar gastronomic charm.

Throughout its index, the information flows in 17 chapters, making them coincide with each of the Autonomous Communities of our country. And to give it a special audience, each of these sections or chapters is led by a gastronomic ambassador in the figure of an outstanding chef from his community.

The character himself will be the one who will introduce us to his tastes and preferences for the favorite places to eat, shop, or just have a drink.
