An ordinary man will paint?

Metrosexuality is not a sexual orientation, but a lifestyle, and the number of men who are jealous of their appearance is growing every day. Yesterday, your neighbor was sitting in a cafe in a stretched turtleneck, and the maximum luxury for him was a visit to the hairdresser once a month. Today he will easily tell you that there are facial tonics for different skin types, and peeling once a week is not just a whim, but a vital necessity.

One can argue endlessly whether this is good or bad, but the fact remains: men’s interest in cosmetics visible to the naked eye. And now male perfectionism has reached the classic feminine tricks – eyeliner, mascara and other little things from a cosmetic bag.

The British chain of specialty stores Superdrugs has officially announced that it plans to start selling color cosmetics for men. The start is already scheduled for this week. At the same time, the director of the company Jack Wimiss stressed that cosmetics under the Taxi Man brand, which will appear on the shelves next to women’s goods, are intended not for transvestites, but for ordinary men.

“Today you can be macho and wear makeup… Look at Russell Brand or Robbie Williams. They wear makeup and are quite ordinary men, ”says Wimiss. “Men are more concerned about their appearance than ever before.”

According to the creator of the new line, Peter Kelly, every man will find something for himself in his collection. Cosmetics are not designed to create a flashy look. Calm, moderate tones will help to correct some physical disabilities as discreetly as possible.
