Oncologist and surgeon Ivan Karasev told on his Instagram about five rules, non-observance of which can lead to the development of oncology: healthy sleep for at least 8 hours, breakfast, balanced nutrition (not just a sandwich or coffee before work), physical activity and walks in the open air.

“One of the causes of oncology is acute physical and emotional exhaustion. There are several effective rules for recovery. First, weekends are not time for work. Many people underestimate this rule and believe that doing small tasks does not take away their weekend. Being a head at work, you still do not rest. Even lying down without moving, you will not be able to rest, ”the doctor said.

Ivan Karasev noted that you need to control your diet even on weekends. The doctor warned that you need to choose food wisely and based on its usefulness. In addition, Ivan said that the weekend is not a time for work. Performing even small tasks does not allow the body to rest.

Many of us say to ourselves: “The weekend will come – I’ll sleep it off.” The doctor is convinced that in this way we only make ourselves worse. Sleep is just as bad for the body as sleep deprivation.

Ivan Karasev called cleaning the house the best way to relax the body. The doctor told his subscribers that order and cleanliness of the house emotionally relax a person and create coziness. Of course, you shouldn’t take all weekend away for cleaning, but it is not only possible, but also necessary to devote an hour or two to it.
