My three-year-old baby has a lump in his neck.
What it might be, it appears during exercise and is located in the neck on a vein, and so is not seen.
~ Jola
It is probably an enlarged subcutaneous lymph node located above the vein and therefore visible when exerting, when the vein is full of blood. But I make a reservation – I do not see the child and I cannot decide that it is for sure what I described. Please consult your pediatrician.
