Mandatory rules of the Kremlin diet
Firstly, eat meat without restrictions, regardless of how you cook it – stew, fry or boil. Second, limit your carbohydrate intake.
Due to the lack of carbohydrates, the body begins to consume energy from its own fat reserves, and not from carbohydrate food, due to which there is a restructuring in the metabolism
Third, include fiber-rich vegetables in your diet:
- zucchini
- cucumbers
- radish
- cabbage
- lettuce
Fourth, drink plenty of fluids – at least 2 liters of clean, still water.
- Breakfast: 100 grams of hard cheese, scrambled eggs from 2 eggs with ham, unsweetened tea or coffee.
- Lunch: 150 grams of vegetable salad with mushrooms, 250 grams of vegetable soup with celery, steak, a cup of unsweetened tea.
- Afternoon snack: 50 grams of walnuts.
- Dinner: 200 grams of boiled chicken and 1 tomato.
Duration of the Kremlin diet
Typically, the duration of an effective diet is 7 days. But if after this time you feel good, you can continue. In addition, if in a week you achieve a certain result and lose a few extra pounds, you can slightly increase the amount of carbohydrates and include fruits, such as green apples, in your diet, which will nourish the body with vitamins, thereby improving the appearance of skin and hair.
If in a week you do not see a positive result, abandon this diet in favor of another method of losing weight.
Advantages and Disadvantages of the Kremlin Diet
The ability to eat your favorite dishes every day and at the same time lose weight, practically without limiting yourself in anything, is not the only advantage of the Kremlin diet. This method of losing weight is a great option for those who want to get rid of more than 10 extra pounds. In addition, adhering to the proposed menu and playing sports, you can still pump up muscles quite quickly, because the foods included in the diet contain a large amount of protein.
Sitting on the Kremlin diet, you will not feel psychological discomfort: you will not need to limit yourself to drinking alcohol, for example, at a party with friends, or refrain from eating a delicious meat dish
However, this diet has its drawbacks. A low carbohydrate diet can lead to some mental retardation, dizziness and fainting. Also, the Kremlin diet is far from the best option for those with a sweet tooth. If you cannot give up sweets for 1-2 weeks, choose another method of losing weight.
Contraindications for the Kremlin diet are diseases of the kidneys, gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, pregnancy and lactation.
