A large amount of minerals, vitamins and enzymes necessary for human health are found in vegetables and herbs.
The easiest way to get a good boost of these nutrients is to start your day with freshly squeezed vegetable juice.
It is best to drink the juice on an empty stomach so that it is absorbed faster, and drink it immediately after preparation. Like all good things, it is better to drink juice regularly, and in an ideal situation, every day. Try to use new ingredients each time to ensure that you are consuming a variety of vitamins and minerals.

You can combine any vegetables and herbs, add fruits, sprouts and even spices to taste.
For example, I will write recipes that I found from different authors, some of them with a very unusual combination of ingredients at first glance, but all are very tasty:
- 2 carrots, an apple, 2 sticks of stalked celery, a cucumber, half a lemon
- half a small head of broccoli, 2 carrots, beets
- 2 green apples, 1/3 small head of broccoli, 3 sticks of stalked celery, small bunch of parsley
- a bunch of spinach, 2 carrots, a small bunch of parsley
- a large handful of lettuce (or any other salad), a handful of green beans, a handful of Brussels sprouts, 2 artichokes, 2 carrots, half a lemon
- cucumber, green apple, kiwi, 4 carrots, 4 sticks of stalked celery
- bunch of chard (beetroot), bunch of petioled celery, bunch of spinach, bunch of parsley, 2 green bell peppers, small piece of ginger root, 4 carrots
- a bunch of any lettuce leaves, fennel, 2 bell peppers, half a lemon
