An Australian built a wine cellar in a completely unexpected place

It took $ 5 and 000 weeks for Murray Burrill, a 1,5-year-old restorer and builder from Australia, to create one of the most interesting wine cellars in the world.

According to 4tololo.ru, he equipped an original wine cellar right in the house on the stairs. Rather, in the staircase, since Murray built the cellar directly into the staircase.

This was not the builder’s own house, he was fulfilling an order for a couple who wanted to have a wine cellar in their house. Murray decided to abandon the traditional layout of this room and considered that he might try to integrate it with other parts of the house. “I hate wasted space, and my clients love wine,” Murray explained.

This is how the idea came about to build a wine cellar into the staircase. It was successfully implemented. The staircase, aka the cellar, was well insulated and also equipped with a temperature control system. The staircase is equipped with a temperature control system and 12 drawers that can hold up to 156 bottles of wine.

And this is not just some space under the stairs where the bottles are stored. There is a thermometer to make sure the wine doesn’t turn into mulled wine in summer. Murray also has thoughts about installing equipment that would keep the wine cool during the hot season.

Recall that earlier we talked about an unusual entertainment for adults – wine games, and also wrote that Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis released quarantine wine – a great idea, isn’t it?
