An annoying and embarrassing problem. We present 4 methods for hemorrhoids!

Hemorrhoids affect more people than you might think. People struggling with this problem often feel lonely, because hardly anyone wants to talk about this type of embarrassing ailments. Also, hardly anyone knows that hemorrhoids can be fought with home and natural ways. Plus, they’re pretty good at it!

According to doctors, “grandmother’s” methods for this ailment are extremely effective. Of course, only if we use them in accordance with the recommendations of a specialist. Sometimes treatment with this method lasts from several weeks to even months. The advantage of the patient is that hemorrhoids develop very slowly, thanks to which at the first symptoms they can be cured by natural methods and without the need for surgery. The conclusion is one: the sooner you start acting, the less chance that surgical intervention will be necessary.

Home methods can also play a supporting role in treatment when using drugs in more advanced stages of the disease.

One of the first signals that “something is wrong in this area” is anal itching. This is often accompanied by minimal damage to the mucosa, as well as scratches, sometimes there is also an oozing secretion that promotes inflammation and allergies. The last call to go to the doctor is the appearance of blood (most often visible on paper during bowel movements).

Method I: ointments, suppositories and tablets

They have a wide effect and bring quick relief. Not only do they slow down the growth of tumors, they also reduce the symptoms. In addition, they inhibit bleeding, eliminate inflammation, have an anesthetic and antibacterial effect. Most agents of this type contain many plant extracts, such as:

  • Preserves from poplar buds
  • Peruvian balm
  • Chestnut extract
  • Calendula extract
  • Arnica extract.

When the anal area is irritated, it is recommended to use ointments, and if we are dealing with mild, initial symptoms – suppositories will be better.

Method II: washing

It is best to wash the affected area with a tissue or cotton pad soaked in chamomile, aloe, oak bark, horsetail, marigold extracts. Thanks to the content of anti-inflammatory, healing and antibacterial substances, which will reduce burning, itching and irritation of the mucous membranes.

Method III: teas»>herbal tea

In pharmacies you will find many teas for hemorrhoids. We can also prepare it ourselves: mix wormwood, horsetail or elderberry, coltsfoot, nettle, plantain. Pour a teaspoon of this mixture with a glass of hot water. Brewing time: 10 minutes. Finally, add a crushed clove of garlic to it.

Method IV: sitz baths and warm baths

Nasiadówka means a ten-minute sitting in a bathtub filled with lukewarm water with the addition of a decoction of oak bark or chamomile. In the water prepared in this way, we sit down with our legs tucked up. In addition, warm baths with the addition of anti-inflammatory oil (e.g. lemon, rosemary, lavender) will bring relief, which will reduce swelling, support circulation and relieve pain.
