Alternative Grain Beer

Produced by adding an alternative grain to barley beer. Additional grain should only enrich the characteristics of the style, and not drown them out. Rye, millet, rice, oats, etc. can act as such a component. Both taste and aroma depend on the base beer.

Grain can add specific tones or notes of nuts, bread. Color, transparency and foaming do not change.

Due to the increased grain content, the beer becomes full-bodied, although in rare cases the opposite effect is possible.

Density, bitterness, color, strength and other characteristics depend on the base.
