Alternate bench press weights while lying on the floor — technique exercises:
- Lie on the floor. Take hold of the handles of the weights so that the palm was facing forward. Weights should be level with your chest.
- Perform the bench press weights on my chest. Then lower one dumbbell, rotating your wrist so that it’s facing is fixed at the top of the weights, as shown in the figure.
- Lift the dumbbell up and repeat the exercise with the other hand.
