Indications for the use of Altacet
Altacet is available as a colorless gel. The active substance of the preparation is aluminum acetate tartrate, topical substance: analgesic and anti-inflammatory. Altacet is used in the treatment of bruises, post-traumatic and joint swelling as well as edema caused by XNUMXst degree burns.
Dosage: Altacet in the form of a gel should be applied to the skin 3-4 times a day.
Altacet and contraindications
Contraindications to the use of Altacet gel are:
- hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation;
- age: children under the age of 3;
- extensive wounds, damaged skin and areas of skin with visible eczema;
- infected skin.
