We are accustomed to the term “alpha male” – this is usually the name of a strong, successful and self-confident man. “Alpha female” sounds strange to many, and even insulting, as a desecration of the principles of feminism. In fact, there is nothing offensive or derogatory in these words. On the contrary, alpha females are women who have developed the most healthy attitude towards life in general and towards partnership in particular. What makes them different from the rest?
Alpha females are very interesting creatures. Inside they are soft and sensitive, but from the outside they seem tough and impenetrable and will fight to the end for what they believe in. It is difficult to explain their essence in words, in any language there are not enough adjectives to describe their incredible energy.
They are fierce, this quality helps them to effectively protect their beliefs, themselves and loved ones. Most of them had to grow up early. Life from the very beginning threw them into thorn bushes, through which they had to wade through, despite the wounds and pain. They weren’t born that way – they made themselves alphas.
They not only know what they want, but they understand exactly how they want it. They have clear beliefs and ideas about what should be in their lives and what should not be in any case.
Alpha females prefer those who share their burning interest in life and everything new.
When it comes to love relationships, they are well aware of what they need from a potential partner. This does not mean that they have a list “a man should earn this much, and he should also have a car of this brand and a country house with an area of at least a square kilometer.” This is not about material wealth, it’s about the skill of building boundaries and unwillingness to lower the bar below a certain level. An alpha female can give a lot to a partner, but she will not condescend to a man who only wants to take.

1. Contempt
The alpha female is self-respecting. She did not come to this immediately, and the more valuable the skill of self-esteem is for her. She will never settle for less than she deserves. And if a partner shows disrespect to her or tries to humiliate her, he will instantly turn into a former partner.
2. Fake apology
The alpha female loves and respects people who admit their mistakes, will accept an apology and try to understand why the person did it. The alpha female is very serious about promises, her own and those of others. Few things irritate her more than the inability of others to keep agreements. She will not associate life with a person who cannot be relied upon. If a man does not keep his promises and constantly throws words to the wind, he has no place next to her. And she very quickly will make it clear.
5. Infidelity
Having learned about the betrayal, the alpha female will not wait until the beloved corrects and realizes the mistake. She will leave at the same second, because the agreement was violated. If a partner wants to explore other territories, he should be honest and open about it – then a new agreement is possible. But the answer “no, never” should be prepared.
6. Lying
Alpha females value honesty and openness in any relationship. They themselves prefer to immediately talk about what they like and dislike, and expect the same from a loved one. They need clarity, and they will not stay with someone who is not ready to speak directly about their feelings and desires, who embellishes and understates.
7. Lack of support
Another important factor is the ability and, more importantly, the desire of the partner to support her. She does not need a man who will indicate what and how to do, or who will solve her problems for her. She needs someone who will be by her side in all her endeavors, who will believe in her success and inspire her. And she is ready to give the same to her partner in return.
8. Attempts to manipulate her
The alpha female can smell it a mile away. She recognizes manipulation “from one note”, and anyone who hoped to deceive her, take advantage of her or get personal benefit at her expense, in the end, will be very unlucky.
9. Humiliation of the weak
Remember the saying that the true essence of a person is manifested in his attitude towards those who are weaker? And there is. An alpha female will not spend a second with a person who thinks it is possible to mistreat others just because they have a lower social status. She knows that all people, whether they are janitors or corporate executives, are equal and deserve respect, and will not tolerate any other approach.
10. Emotional abuse
The alpha female is a strong and intelligent woman. If she feels disrespectful to her emotions or desires, she will immediately say so. And if someone tries to violate her boundaries, she will not be silent in fear. She will fight back because she knows she deserves better treatment.
