What is health care like during the coronavirus pandemic? Patients who complain that they are denied help and that the dates of visits and tests are postponed are writing to our editorial office. They feel that they are left to themselves.

Healthcare system during the coronavirus outbreak

After the publication of the material “My grandmother was dying in agony. The ambulance service referred us to the GP », to the mailbox [email protected] We got messages from other patients who complained that it is currently difficult to get to a doctor or have an examination, and the bad situation in hospital emergency departments.

We publish two letters from our readers:

I don’t have a good experience with care during a pandemic. I had a hard time finding an ultrasound date for my dad. I signed it up in February for April. Due to the pandemic, the study was canceled without giving a new date. The date was given last week – it’s December. I don’t even want to comment on it. Almost a year of waiting for an ultrasound …

In April, I was unable to do blood donation because only cito donations were performed at the clinic. It was successful only in mid-May and in total ‘after acquaintances’. I was also dealing with a teleportation where I read the results of the MRI to the doctor, but he didn’t see the photo any more. In my opinion, the description alone is not enough to make a good diagnosis. After all, this album is recorded for something.

I believe that medical care in our country has been insufficient for years, and the pandemic has only aggravated this situation.

March 27 this year. around 10 I felt sick, went to the kitchen to make coffee, at some point I passed out and passed out. How much time I lay – I don’t know, but probably not for long. My leg got tangled on the stool, terrible pain, I walked into the room, measured the pressure 74/45. Earlier, I had listened to many messages instructing that in such cases, go straight to the SOR. I was home alone, I didn’t want to call an ambulance, I took a taxi. There, the frightened nurse only listened to me, did not measure the pressure, did not ask me more about anything. I was shaky, with an injury, I asked the doctor to check my leg. The nurse called three times, no one came down.

I went upstairs to the first floor where the orthopedic clinic is located. My desperate face touched the doctor who saw me without a referral. An X-ray was taken. Diagnosis: dislocation, torn tendons. Trauma. I have been treating my leg so far. I called the NFZ the day I had an accident. I said that I was refused help at the SOR. I heard that the National Health Fund is helpless. Patient treat yourself!
