All the Flavor of Andalusia in three days of gastronomic event
The gastronomic congress of Andalucía Sabor, returns this year with a new call full of gastronomy.
Professionals from the hotel and catering sector are once again putting the Andalusian agri-food industry on the rise, with their products as their flagship.
From September 25 to 27, 2017, the sixth edition of Andalucía Sabor at the Seville Conference and Exhibition Center (Fibes)
This excellent showcase of quality Andalusian products will have an exhibition area of 2017 square meters for this 5.500 edition, where the Andalusian agri-food and fishing activity will be widely represented, and is open to contribute to the national and international projection of its products and their culinary preparations.
The fair also wants to show the way of life that Andalusians have, their customs when it comes to eating and the way in which it is enjoyed with them. Oils, Wine, Fruits, vegetables, pickles, pastries, pastries and bakery are some of the varieties of products that we can see at the Fair.
An important novelty of this edition is the exhibition area dedicated to the auxiliary industry related to gastronomy, with equipment companies, vending machines, etc …

A journey through the geography of flavor
This gastronomic event of biennial character it groups in parallel to the exhibition activity, a great number of activities all of them related to gastronomy.
We will be able to attend interesting and tasty product tastings, food and wine pairings, as well as excellent wine and olive oil tastings, as main representatives of the local gastronomy.
In parallel throughout the wide program of activities, we will have ham cutter competitions, live cooking demonstrations, gastronomic classrooms and presentations of new products from manufacturers that attend as exhibitors.
The rest of the events are completed with many and varied presentations and round tables that bring us closer to the Andalusian gastronomic world first-hand from the best representatives of Andalusian cuisine, its chefs.
En Andalusia Flavor 2017 Great chefs from the international scene will be present, who will lead the visitor through the excellence and miscegenation of Andalusia through their cuisine.
All this set and developed in the new space called “Meetings with the chef”, in which visitors will be able to have direct contact with the speakers and teachers who participate in the event.
