A few hours ago, Alexei Navalny suddenly fell ill aboard an S7 plane on the Tomsk-Moscow flight. The crew had to make an emergency landing in Omsk.
An ambulance team was already waiting for Navalny on the runway. While the plane was descending, Alexei was already unconscious. He was taken on a stretcher to one of the Omsk hospitals.
Now the 44-year-old oppositionist is in toxic intensive care. According to the first assumptions of doctors, he was poisoned. Navalny’s condition is assessed as grave. The man was hooked up to a ventilator.
According to Navalny’s spokesman, in the morning he drank only tea. According to doctors, this may well mean that something was mixed into his drink.

According to the journalists of the publication “Taiga.info”, in Siberian cities Navalny was collecting materials for his new investigation. He spent several days in Novosibirsk and Tomsk.
