So, let’s see what kind of jelly can be made from various alcoholic beverages. Keep in mind that the gelatin will take several hours to thicken in the refrigerator, so if you expect guests by a certain time, you need to make desserts in advance.

Classic version with vodka

Ingredients for traditional vodka jelly:

  • gelatin (with citrus flavor) – 20 g;
  • vodka – 50 ml;
  • hot water – 80 ml.

How to do it:

  1. Heat hot water over high heat.
  2. Pour gelatin into it and dissolve.
  3. Cool the jelly to about 40 degrees and pour vodka into it. To stir thoroughly.
  4. Pour into bowls and refrigerate for several hours.

By itself, citrus jelly with clear vodka can turn out faded. Therefore, in order to make the dessert prettier, you can add food coloring.

To make alcoholic jelly, you will need:

  • red semi-sweet wine – 250 ml;
  • gelatin – 25 g;
  • sugar – 200 g;
  • water – 350 ml;
  • one orange;
  • a pinch of vanillin.

How to cook:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and leave for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Heat water to a boil and dissolve sugar in it.
  3. Coarsely chop the orange pulp.
  4. Add citrus pulp, wine and vanillin to water with sugar. Boil for two minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Pour the heated gelatin (do not bring it to a boil!) into the prepared mixture.
  6. Pour into molds and refrigerate.

Pieces of orange can be removed to make the jelly homogeneous, or you can leave it – then you will get an even more interesting and multi-component dessert.

Raspberry with rose wine

To prepare alcoholic jelly, you will need half a bottle of rose wine, 10-15 raspberries, jelly in plates (four pieces will be enough), one glass of sugar, basil and a few peppercorns.

How to cook:

  1. Leave the gelatin in cold water.
  2. In a separate bowl, put the wine to boil. Bring to a boil and add the basil, sugar, pepper and half of the raspberries.
  3. Remove the gelatin from the water, squeeze out the plates and add them to the wine.
  4. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, you will need to strain it. Raspberry berries remember a little with a spoon, but do not get it.
  5. Pour half of the jelly mixture into bowls and leave for an hour or two in the refrigerator to harden.

When the first layer of alcoholic jelly hardens, you need to get it, add more berries and pour the remaining mixture. After that, they are sent to the refrigerator for the second, final round.

Other options

In the classic recipe, you can easily replace vodka with another alcohol. For example, if you prefer sweet flavors, try red vermouth, and if you want a neutral base but don’t like vodka, dry gin is a great alternative. Do not be afraid to experiment, because the best recipes are always unexpected!

Berry with champagne

In order to make alcoholic jelly, you will need:

  • granulated gelatin – 20 g;
  • champagne – 0,5 l;
  • sugar – 350 g;
  • berries (any, to your taste) – 200 g.

How to cook:

  1. First, take 50 g of sugar (that’s two tablespoons). Dissolve them in 1 tablespoon of water and heat a little on the stove for a few minutes. It should be syrup.
  2. Add the berries to the syrup and heat a little more. Then leave the mix to cool.
  3. Heat champagne (250 ml) over low heat to 40 degrees, then add the remaining 30 g of sugar to it.
  4. Add gelatin, then add the remaining champagne.
  5. The resulting berry syrup and alcoholic jelly mixture should be poured into bowls.

Ready jelly must be put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half – this will be enough for the gelatin to harden.

Liquor

To make alcoholic jelly, you will need:

  • gelatin – 1 package;
  • cream liqueur – 50 ml;
  • coffee with sugar – 200 ml;
  • cream – 200 ml;
  • sugar and vanillin – one teaspoon each.

How to cook:

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in water and leave it to cool while you brew sweet coffee.
  2. Boil the jelly mixture and divide it into three portions. Add liquor to one, coffee to the second, and cream to the third.
  3. Jelly needs to be made in layers: first a layer of coffee (let it harden), then a layer of liquor (it should also harden), and at the end – a layer of cream.

However, you can change the order of the layers to your liking. You will get a beautiful alcoholic dessert with clearly bordering different colors.

Rum

To make alcoholic jelly, you need to take:

  • white rum – 250 ml;
  • lemon gelatin – 1 pack;
  • sugar – 200 g;
  • water – 0,5 l.

How to cook:

  1. Mix rum with water (250 ml) and leave for an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in the remaining water until a homogeneous consistency is reached and add rum with water and sugar, mix well.

Pour the finished alcohol mixture into molds and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Beer jelly

Beer alcohol jelly is a very unusual dessert. For him, you will need light beer (one and a half liters), 150 g of sugar, a little ginger in the form of thin slices, gelatin (75 g) and water (1 glass).

How to cook:

  1. Boil beer on the stove.
  2. Add sugar and ginger to it, boil.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in water.
  4. When both mixtures – beer and jelly, cool down, they need to be mixed.

The finished alcoholic mix must be poured into glasses and sent to the refrigerator. You can leave about ¼ to beat with a mixer and put on top in the form of a foam.

Jelly cocktails

Love alcoholic cocktails? But from it you can not only drink, but also eat! Let’s see how to make the popular Margarita (based on tequila) and Northern Lights (based on vodka and honey) in the form of jelly. Such desserts are called “jelly-shots” (“jelly-shots”).

Jelly-shot Margarita

Margarita is a famous alcoholic cocktail based on tequila and lime. To make it in the form of jelly, you will need the following ingredients:

  • silver tequila – 80 ml;
  • citrus liqueur Cointreau – 50 ml;
  • squeezed lime juice – 30 ml;
  • sugar – 20 g;
  • water – 40 ml;
  • gelatin – 30 of

How to cook:

  1. Make a sweet syrup from sugar and water.
  2. Add lime juice and gelatin to it.
  3. Heat the mixture over low heat until it reaches a uniform consistency.
  4. At the end, pour in the tequila and mix everything thoroughly.

To make jelly from this alcoholic cocktail, take gelatin (50 g), vodka (100 ml), orange juice and Sprite soda (0,3 l each).

How to cook (note that the alcoholic dessert is prepared in two layers):

  1. Dissolve gelatin in orange juice and heat the mixture, then add vodka to it and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour the alcohol mixture into molds and send in the cold to harden.
  3. For the second layer, you need to mix Sprite and gelatin, heat until a homogeneous consistency is reached and allow to cool.
  4. Pour a layer of Sprite onto the already thickened jelly, then send it to the refrigerator to harden.

In the second layer of jelly, you can add a cherry berry (while it is still liquid, so that the cherry freezes inside the dessert).

Layered shots

To make layered shots, you need bright juices (such as pomegranate, orange, and lime). The essence of the recipe is to prepare jelly with alcohol and juice (alcohol can be different).

As soon as you have one layer ready, leave it in the refrigerator for an hour and a half, and then pour the next one into it. As a result, you will get a multi-layered bright shot with clear boundaries.

Ingredients for an unusual alcoholic dessert:

  • marmalade in the form of jelly bears – 1 pack;
  • strong alcohol (vodka, white rum, tequila or something else – transparent) – 250 ml.

The preparation of alcoholic bears is very simple – just soak them. Pour the gummies into a glass, fill them with alcohol (so that it completely covers them) and wrap tightly with cling film. Bears should be kept in the refrigerator for at least two days to soak in alcohol. After that you can try!
