The airfryer was invented in America back in the 80s of the XX century, but, like all new items, this wonderful kitchen appliance appeared in the arsenal of our housewives only in the last decade. The products in the airfryer are cooked by convection, that is, approximately like on a conventional grill, they are blown over with hot air.
On the shelves you can find a wide variety of models equipped with the latest technology, but even in the simplest one you can cook soup, cutlets, french fries, bake fish, meat or chicken, boil a steep or soft-boiled egg and much, much more.
To prepare this dish, take: – a few potato tubers; – seasoning for potatoes; – salt; – olive oil; – foil.
You can bake potatoes in foil with or without skins, as you like. Rinse the tubers thoroughly, peel (if you decide to cook potatoes in their skins, you just need to wash them). Cut each potato into fairly large pieces, about 2 or 4 pieces, depending on the size of the tubers.
Sprinkle the prepared potatoes with spices, salt and brush with olive oil. Tear off small pieces from the foil so that you can wrap a piece of potatoes in them. Put the slices in foil, fold the short sections first, and then the long ones, like an envelope.
Install a high wire rack in your airfryer. Place the potatoes wrapped in foil on it. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.

The potatoes in the sleeve are soft, juicy and fragrant. To prepare this dish, take: – a few potato tubers; – garlic; – salt; – vegetable oil; – a baking sleeve.
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running cold water, peel and cut into large cubes. Place in a baking sleeve. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add garlic, salt, pepper, a little vegetable oil to the potatoes (literally one tablespoon). Close the bag with a special clip and shake so that the salt and spices are evenly distributed.
Vegetable oil can be replaced with any other oil with a scent. Very well complement potatoes with mustard or olive oil
Place the bag of potatoes on the middle wire rack. Set the temperature to 260 ° C. Cooking time – 30 minutes. The finished aromatic potato should have a golden crust and be soft on the inside. Put it on a dish and sprinkle with herbs. This is a great side dish for fish in batter or baked meat.
