Learning to express anger in socially acceptable forms, control one’s behavior in conflict situations and transform inadequate manifestations of feelings of resentment or guilt are the main tasks of the training of psychiatrist and psychotherapist Sergei Kharitonov.

Many of us are accustomed to suppressing outbursts of anger, trying to «keep face» even in the most stressful environment. Meanwhile, holding back aggression, we expose ourselves to serious stress, become more nervous, lose self-confidence. The acquired skills will help the participants adequately solve the most difficult life situations without destroying their own health.
