The pandemic continues, and doctors and other medical services are sweating the health and lives of thousands of Poles. There is still a shortage of personal protective equipment in hospitals all over Poland. According to GIS data, every sixth person infected with the coronavirus in Poland was a member of the medical staff – they accounted for 15,6 percent. all infections. Due to the lack of adequate safeguards against infection, it is becoming more and more common that hospitals lack staff.
In order to support medical services in hospitals, Aflofarm sends 100 helmets to all hospitals in the same name in Poland.
This is not the first Aflofarm’s support during the pandemic – so far the company has provided parcels with the necessary personal protective equipment to 6000 pharmacies in Poland, including protective visors, antibacterial gels and educational posters for patients. In addition, the company also supported the Pabianice Medical Center by purchasing a respirator.

The list of all identical hospitals that were to be prepared for admitting COVID-19 patients was announced by the Ministry of Health on March 13. It covers 21 branches all over Poland.
