The second edition of Gastro Business, arrives on June 13, with a very dynamic slogan, “Advancing through gastronomy”. a very entrepreneurial sector initiative that brings prestige to the Spain brand.

The Federation of Cooks and Confectioners of Spain (FACYRE) is the organizer of the event, and has the collaboration of Popular (which also has its headquarters for the celebration of the conference) and Aplus Field Marketing, a Marketing consultancy specialized in Events and Gastronomic Marketing

Throughout the day, renowned chefs with Michelin stars, and professionals from the restaurant and foodservice sector, will reveal the trends and vision of the future of the restaurant sector in some very interesting conferences.

The celebration of the day is a clear support for hospitality professionals as a lever to boost the internalization and image of Spanish gastronomy, within the annual collaboration agreement signed by Popular and Facyre.

What can we see in Gastro Business?

This second edition will feature speakers such as Ricard Camarena, Mario Sandoval, Diego Gallegos and Pepa Muñoz, who contribute their professionalism and culinary experience.

At the business level, the representatives of the brands Unilever, El Tenedor, Makro, Le Cordón Bleu or Platea will be present with their views of the market and especially the new challenges for consumers in the coming years.
