- Maternal capital. A certificate for the amount of 450 thousand rubles or more is issued for the second and subsequent adopted children. To receive it, an application and documents confirming the citizenship of the parents and the fact of adoption are submitted to the Pension Fund.
Upon receipt of these benefits, the survivors’ pensions assigned until the date of adoption are retained. The amount of aid increases annually.
Each subject of the federation may provide for special types of assistance to children, including those adopted:
- Regional family capital. He is assigned to the third and subsequent adopted child at the request of the mother or father.
- Reimbursement of adoption costs. Such assistance is issued at a time and in Moscow is 5 living wages for the first, 7 for the second and 10 for the third child.
