Adjika preparation process:
- The preparatory stage includes washing vegetables under running water. After that, let them dry so that excess water does not get into the dish.
- We prepare the meat grinder. It will help to grind all the ingredients so that the finished mass is as homogeneous as possible. A more modern version of kitchen appliances – a blender is also perfect for this purpose. It is worth noting that the mass of vegetables passed through a meat grinder turns out to be more puree. The process of making adjika.

- 60 gr. salt.
