– Adele is training. But 90% of her weight loss is a diet that helps her lose weight. The first week was especially stressful, when you have to drink green juices and consume only 1000 calories per day. Now she does not look thin, but gorgeous.

The singer ditched processed foods in favor of a plant-based diet. It is important to ensure that there is no shortage of calories.

“It’s one thing when you have a short-term goal – to lose weight for a wedding or some other holiday,” says nutritionist Dale Pinnock. – The long-term perspective is another matter. If you do not take this into account, the body will signal a lack of strength. Irritability and confusion may appear.
