He was born on 04.04.1967/1,74/XNUMX in Leningrad, zodiac sign – Aries, height XNUMX m.
The Nagiyev family cannot be called creative – although his father played until the age of seventeen in the amateur theater, but after moving to Moscow, he did not pass the theater exam, and got a job at a mechanical factory. His mother was a philologist – a teacher of foreign languages. They had 2 sons – the elder Dmitry and the younger Eugene.
At the age of 10, Dima began to attend sambo and judo sections, but did not show much success. Six months later, he was dismissed, allegedly due to a constant cold. However, after a while he returned and even took 2nd place in the city competition, and later became a master of sports.
After school, he entered the Institute of Electrical Engineering, the Faculty of Automation, and after graduation he went to the army. Nagiyev was first assigned to a sports company, but, as it turned out, there was no sambo department there.
So Dmitry was sent to the air defense forces near Vologda. Many impressions were left from the service – if only because there they broke his nose twice and once his ribs.
After serving, the guy realized that his vocation was in acting. When he entered the Leningrad Theater Institute, the competition was 155 candidates for a place. Nevertheless, Nagiyev managed to enter! True, his studies could not be called cloudless – in the second year they even threatened to expel him.
In the graduation performance “The Seagull” he played the role of Dorn, full of tragedy, for which he was recognized as the best graduate of the year. In addition, the institute introduced him to his future companion, Sergei Rost.
Of course, during his studies, Nagiyev actively participated in theatrical performances, and after graduation he worked for two years in Germany at the Vremya theater.
Successful career
Returning to Russia, he got to the radio station “Modern”, which opened the program “Full Modern” on the local TV channel. In this regard, the idea arose to create a new humorous TV program, where Rost and Nagiyev were filmed.
The talented artist perfectly got used to the role, often inventing his own jokes, and not just following the written script. These jokes subsequently became winged more than once.
In 1997, Nagiyev created an author’s show, where he invited various celebrities, held contests and auctions.
1998 became very significant for the actor. He played the difficult role of the Chechen commander in the film Purgatory. Also, the actor starred in the parody film “The Bobak of the Saskervilles” based on a story by Conan Doyle.
The following year, Nagiyev was cast in the famous detective series “Kamenskaya”. There he showed himself to be a serious artist, as a result of which job offers fell from a cornucopia.
From 2002 to 2005, Nagiyev hosted the scandalous TV show “Windows”. Although the scenes were staged, the show had consistently high ratings. Dmitry Vladimirovich actively appears in popular films and TV series. Many people liked the series “Fizruk”.
Personal life of Dmitry Nagiyev
For 18 years, the actor would have been married to radio host Alice Sher, who in 1989 gave birth to his son Cyril (actor). After the breakup of the marriage, Alice wrote books where she described in detail each of the days of her life with Dmitry. In addition, she said that in his student years he had an affair with Larisa Guzeeva.

Nagiyev is clearly trying to maintain the image of a windy bachelor. But how many relationships he actually had, history is silent. According to rumors, he had an affair with the administrator Natalia Kovalenko, as well as with Irina Temicheva.
