I have been treating acne for several years. Recently I was taking Diane 35. Now my gynecologist prescribed me a month treatment with Androcur. I’m done taking Diane and Androcur and I’m not having a period. It was supposed to be 10 days ago and it’s still gone. Additionally, there was an unpleasant vaginal smell. I don’t know if this is normal or if something is wrong. – Danuta
It may happen that after taking such hormonal treatment, we may observe amenorrhea for up to 3 months. You should go to a gynecologist who will verify the thickness of the endometrium by gynecological and ultrasound examination. Vaginal odors may be related to missed periods, but may be a separate problem that needs to be diagnosed and treated.
