Acidolac is a dietary supplement that rebuilds the bacterial flora after antibiotic therapy, regulates the digestive tract and supports the reduction of the body’s immunity. Acidolac is a probiotic containing live lactobacilli. Acidolac is a supplement in sachets, but other variants of the product are also available (drops, tablets, capsules).

Acidolac – how does it work?

Acidolac is a preparation containing freeze-dried cultures of probiotic bacteria. Used as recommended, the product has a positive effect on the digestive system, as it affects the condition of the intestinal bacterial flora, restoring its proper composition and supporting its maintenance.

Acidolac – indications

Belonging to dietary supplements, Acidolac is a product that can be used in parallel with a properly varied diet in order to:

  1. restoring the balance of the intestinal flora after antibiotic therapy;
  2. regulating the work of the digestive tract;
  3. supporting the body in case of reduced immunity.

Acidolac – dosage

Acidolac in the form of sachets should be used after mixing the powder with water, yogurt or milk. It is recommended to consume the supplement immediately after its preparation – it should be taken during antibiotic therapy, and also up to 2-3 weeks after the end of antibiotic treatment.

Babies and children up to 3 years of age give 1 sachet a day, but only after consulting a doctor. It is recommended to dissolve the contents of the sachet in at least 100 ml of liquid, and in the case of administering the preparation to infants in previously expressed mother’s milk.

In the case of children over 3 years of age and adults the recommended dose is 1-2 sachets of Acidolac per day.

Adults and children over 3 years of age can consume the contents of the sachet directly, without first dissolving the powder.

Acidolac – composition

The main component of the Acidolac dietary supplement, which is responsible for its beneficial effects on the immune system and the digestive system, is freeze-dried probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ATCC 53103 (4 billion in one sachet) and fructo-oligosaccharides (0,8 g in one sachet). The preparation also contains maltodextrin and anti-caking agents for mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

The composition of the Acidolac product in the sachets does not contain lactose, sucrose, gluten or cow’s milk proteins.

Acidolac – warnings

Before using Acidolac, read the warnings listed in the leaflet.

  1. You should dose the agent according to the recommendations and do not take larger daily portions than indicated by the manufacturer.
  2. Acidolac is a dietary supplement and should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
  3. The preparation can be used by children, infants and adults.
  4. Particular care should be taken when administering the preparation to children or infants with impaired immunity.

It is recommended to store the Acidolac probiotic at a temperature of 15 to 25 degrees C in a darkened place, away from moisture and out of the reach of children. You do not need to store the preparation in the refrigerator.
