The end of year celebrations, a risky period for domestic accidents
While domestic accidents occur throughout the year, the end of year celebrations present specific risks. Fire caused by an electric garland or a candle, suffocation when swallowing peanuts, ingestion of button batteries, burns with a chimney fire … the dangers are numerous, especially in the presence of children.
According to a study by the Assurance Prévention association, nearly three quarters of parents (74%) admit to having already engaged in risky behavior during this festive period, such as:
