The third call for the Culinary Action! Incubator is already underway.
The talent of future cooks is cooked within schools and gastronomy-related business projects they begin to have a proper name.
AC! Incubator (CulinaryAction! Incubator), wants to create entrepreneurs, and for this it already has an experience of two editions of its incubation program of ideas for future business realities related to Food.
This will be the third time that the Basque Culinary Center, develop its activity during the eight weeks, which will take place from the months of April to June of this year 2016.
The professionals who lead the sessions of the program, of which the executives of companies in the sector, the university and the public sector stand out, will provide their advice during the weekly sessions throughout the duration of the program, this will give it a real vision of business reality in the newborn phase.
As in previous editions of the CA! Incubator innovative ideas have their place in a creation and elaboration environment that will allow them to be developed as if it were a business project to try to see the light as a business reality, in the real world.
The call is still open and the deadline for submitting proposals expires in 48 hours, on March 9. Selecting 10 of them two weeks later, on March 23rd.
What will the 10 selected entrepreneurial projects do?
As any project facilitator will make available to new pseudo-companies again, the advice and experienced mentors that belong to the extensive gastronomy network will be an invaluable resource for entrepreneurs, to request, request or protect each idea or action.
The points that will be worked on so that the project can be consolidated into a start-up are:
- The leadership, individually and as a team for an entrepreneurial project.
- Trends in R&D to squeeze all the innovative potential.
- The clients, tools, sectorization, etc.
- Services, measuring the user experience, making road-maps, etc.
- Investment and financing.
- Prototyping and the generation of a viable product.
- The Digital Environment, online vision, communication …
- The Administrative and the legal forms and how to evolve.
- Public bodies and the possible aid, subsidies and supports.
- The Pitch to show off and attract the public.
