Gastronomy business projects have a new meeting point.
El Basque Culinary Center, sponsors and launches an initiative called AC! Incubator for which it launches a proposal for the management of business projects related to the food and gastronomy so that the promoters of these are part of this working group that will help and collaborate so that the initial proposals become a reality.
The final proposal will take place next, and its development will last until May 30 at the Gipuzkoan headquarters of the Basque Culinary Center.
It is a 12-week program of intense work and dedication to “create and develop innovative business ideas ”.
- Engine Culinary action offers participants the proximity and possibility of opting for highly proven professional mentors and experts from the world of gastronomy.
- Resources for the development of ideas and participation in the BBC community.
Proposals have been presented during these months, and it will be next month when it is decided which projects will definitely participate in the program.
Projects must exhibit a “business plan”Complete and well developed, that can in some way verify or contrast its real future potential and the possibility of growth.
A digital space has been created to be able to fill out an application and with answers to all the questions posed to potential participants on the culinary action site.
During this weekend the workshop of “Ibusiness deas” (From ideas to business) so that the prior to the selection of selected projects take shape.
Registration is still open but ends soon, in just 10 days (deadline January 23).
