Absinthe Old Tradition: alcohol review

Абсент Old Tradition from the Czech company Granette & Starorezna Distilleries is a strong alcohol of the highest quality.

The company began its history in 2011 by merging two producers of wormwood tinctures – U Zeleného stromu, from the town of Prostějov in the Olomouc region, and Granette from the town of Krasny Brezno. Since 2017, the company has become part of The Green Tree Distillery, as, a large and popular distillery whose history begins back in 1518.

At the moment, Old Tradition has been discontinued, and the company produces other types of absinthe instead.

Absinthe is made from selected raw materials, including wormwood, angelica, calamus, lemon balm, licorice, fennel, mint and other herbal ingredients.

Next, the aromatic suspension is subject to distillation.
