Absinthe La Fee: an overview of taste and types

The owner of the La Fee brand, George Rowley, legalized absinthe in the European Union after a ban on it in 1915. This drink can be considered a revival of the traditions of the absinthe distillation process.

La Fee alcohol is distinguished from other absinthes by a special production technology: usually mass brands of absinthes are made by simply adding some plant extracts to alcohol, while in La Fee distillation is carried out together with aromatic plant ingredients in classic copper stills.

The composition of absinthe includes only natural ingredients – alcohol, water, spices and various extracts from herbs (wormwood, hyssop, lemon balm, anise, fennel, etc.).
