Absinthe glass

A special glass for serving absinthe. The walls of the glass are made of thick glass, which prevents the possibility of cracks during sudden heating.

The canonical absinthe glass has the shape of a cone with an extension to the top and a volume of 250 milliliters.

Absinthe: How to drink it the traditional way

Of course, instead of a classic glass for absinthe, you can also use a regular faceted glass, but most absinthe drinkers use the first option.

Be sure to remember that a true connoisseur of absinthe, in addition to a glass, should also have a special metal spoon. A cube of sugar is placed on it and a thin stream of cold water is passed through it, which is mixed with absinthe.
