Ingredients
Absinthe – 30 ml
Sugar syrup – 15 ml
Lemon juice (fresh) – 15 ml
Lime juice (fresh) – 15 ml
Anise liqueur – 2 drops
Chilled water – 30-60 ml
Ice crash – 300 g
How to make a cocktail
Shake all ingredients in an ice shaker.
Pour through a strainer into a Collins or Rocks glass with crush ice.
Form a hat with fresh crush ice.
