Absinthe Cooler with Cucumber cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. Absinthe – 15 ml

  2. Dry gin – 20 ml

  3. Cucumber – 6 slices (3 mm)

  4. Soda – 30 ml

  5. Lime juice (fresh) – 15 ml

  6. Sugar syrup – 15 ml

  7. Salt – a little

  8. Black pepper – a little

How to make a cocktail

  1. Pour all liquids into a shaker.

  2. Add the cucumber slices and muddle them in a shaker.

  3. Shake everything well.

  4. Pour through a strainer and sieve into a glass filled with ice.

  5. Add soda and stir.

  6. You can add some salt and pepper to the cocktail, but this is optional. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
