- crunches combined with torsion – we perform the exercise lying on the back. Bend your knees and then place your left heel on your right knee. We touch the left knee with the right elbow. We do 10 repetitions and make a shift;
- lifting bent knees in a dangle – to do this exercise, we need a bar. The hands holding the bar should be shoulder-width apart. The exercise consists of lifting your knees up to your chest and lowering them. There are 10 repetitions of this exercise.
